All of our wood cars & wood trucks are handcrafted. Each piece is rough cut, then sanded, with several grits, until we have an even & smooth finish. This is followed with 2 to 3, hand rubbed coats of a totally non-toxic (see safety issues ) clear finish that brings out the natural grain of the wood, giving it a very warm and textured appeal. The woods used are all hardwoods and are all harvested from sustainable crops grown here in the USA. . The only coloring used is a mixture of water, vinegar and food coloring.
